Last Week I found out that Page Load Speed now affects EVERYTHING including Pay-per-click. So even though you are paying Google to list your PPC ad at the top of the page — they will punish you for your page speed. And don’t forget speed of desktop is no longer the biggest concern. Google wants you deliver a lightning fast Mobile page that also has the same content and is completely mobile friendly.
So instead of paying for your way to the top of the page with relevant ads and relevant landing pages…now they have to be delivered fast!
No easy answers but I’ll let you know when I crack that nut.
